Lexmark MS823dn

The City of Philadelphia Procurement Department is seeking quotes through PHLContracts for a Lexmark MS823dn (Office Automation Program, Micro Purchase).

All deliveries must be inside deliveries. Drop shipments to a loading dock are not acceptable. The vendor must provide all costs associated with installation and configuration, unless otherwise directed by the City. The vendor must submit product literature, specifications, and/or manufacturer documentation for the products offered upon the City's request.

The basic coverage shall carry a five year (minimum) warranty period for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, three years for tablets, and the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty period on all peripherals to include, but not limited to, printers copiers, and multifunction devices as per all terms and conditions of the DPA. All after the 30 - 120 day acceptance period.

**Submission method:** Quotes must be electronically submitted to PHLContracts by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller’s Company. A signed *Consent and Authorization Agreement* is **required** prior to bid closing.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive Seller. All terms and prices quoted shall be valid for 60 days from the Submission Date.

All products must be delivered, at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.

The term of the Contract shall commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and shall terminate automatically 365 days thereafter.

General Liability insurance: **$500,000** per occurrence combined single limit. Automobile Liability: **$300,000** per occurrence combined single limit. Workers’ Compensation: statutory limits.
