Mounting Hardware

• Mounting hardware must be tamper-resistant and suitable for correctional facility use.
• Hardware must securely attach the mirror to the wall and prevent unauthorized removal.
• Tamper-resistant security screws/fasteners shall be included with the mirror.
• Standard Phillips, slotted, or other readily removable screws will not be accepted.
• All hardware necessary for secure wall mounting must be included with the bid.

Quotes must be electronically submitted to PHLContracts by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller's Company. A signed *Consent and Authorization Agreement* is **required** by the Submission Date.

**Specification sheet MUST accompany bid.** Bids without specification sheets will not be considered.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive Seller. All terms and prices quoted shall be valid for 60 days from the Submission Date. All products must be delivered, at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.

The term of the Contract shall commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and shall terminate automatically 365 days thereafter.

General Liability Insurance: $500,000 per occurrence combined single limit. Automobile Liability: $300,000 per occurrence combined single limit. Workers' Compensation: statutory limits.
