2026 - 2027 Saratoga Springs Irrigation Well 9 RFB

Bids for the construction of Irrigation Well 9 will be received digitally by Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM from prequalified bidders only through the Utah Public Procurement Place/Euna Procurement (U3P). [...] Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Project includes the drilling, construction, and testing of a new irrigation well (Irrigation Well 9).

The Project includes the drilling, construction, and testing of a new irrigation well (Irrigation Well 9). The well will be drilled using the flooded reverse mud rotary drilling method to an approximate depth of 1200 feet deep. Anticipated at 20-inch diameter well casing and engineered gravel pack. The project will include rig development, pump development and testing, final video and disinfection. The well is expected to be completed in summer 2027.

Work Location

The Irrigation Well 9 site is located in Saratoga Springs, immediately south of the Saratoga Springs Fire Department building at approximately 2021 Ring Road, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045.

Completion of Work

All Work shall be completed by July 15, 2027. Time is of the essence.

Bids shall be submitted digitally through the Utah Public Procurement (UP3) platform via Euna Procurement, formerly known as Bonfire, by 1:00 pm on November 19, 2026. Bids will be read virtually at 2:00 pm.
