Mail Folder/Inserter

The County is seeking quotes for the purchase, installation, setup and ongoing maintenance and service of a new folder/inserter machine for the mailroom to support efficient, accurate, and secure processing of outgoing mail. The proposed equipment should be suitable for high-volume government mail operations and capable of folding, inserting, and sealing a variety of standard mail pieces, including multi-page documents, return envelopes, and inserts.
