The State is seeking a dietary and food services Contract for the Thomas B. Finan Center ("Finan Center"). The contract will be for three-year (3) base period with two (2) 1-year option periods
The Finan Center is soliciting Proposals from qualified Offerors for the total operation of the dietetic department at the complex to include food service operations and management, and professional clinical nutrition care services to ensure optimal nutritional care of the patients/residents/students of the complex, as well as cafeteria services for employees and visitors.
Provide three (3) meals per day, seven (7) days per week for the patients/residents within the Finan Center; provide breakfast and lunch meals five (5) days per week for the Sheppard Pratt School students when school is in session.
Provide nutritious snacks for the following clients per day, seven days per week:
The Contractor shall provide meals and snacks utilizing a selective type of menu for employees and/or visitors at lunch and dinner seven (7) days per week, in the cafeteria during the following hours:
