KORR Cardio Coach or Equivalent Device

The program has identified the KORR CardioCoach PRO and associated items as meeting its operational and technical requirements. Bids offering equivalent products are welcome and will be considered, provided the vendor includes sufficient documentation demonstrating that the proposed equivalent meets or exceeds the required specifications and functionality. [...] The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit responses to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain the products and/or services listed for Salt Lake Community College.

SLCC seeks the following kit OR Equivalent kit:

• 9FG0245-E: 1 CardioCoach PRO Device, 2 Year Warranty
• 9FG0255: 1 laptop computer - Windows OS with CardioCoach software, Reusable Y-valve and hose, 3 reusable masks: med, small, petite (VO2), 2 reusable headgear, 2 BLE heart rate strap, 1 Black resin carrying case
• 9FG0229-MAX - Latex Free disposable mouthpiece for RMR testing w/tubing attached. Designed to fit CardioCoach devices manufactured after Sept 2019. Individually packaged with nose clips included
• 9FG0205-A - 6 ft. hose for VO2 testing. Accommodates reusable and take home mask.
• Mobile rolling cart with monitor mount, 3 tiers, basket and a cable management system to organize the cables. Heavy duty aluminum that is wear and corrosion resistant. Mounts for holding monitors from 10" to 32".

Any equivalent metabolic carts must be compatible with the Wahoo KICKR Run, Wahoo KICKR and Moxy SM02 muscle oxygen sensor.

**Submission:** Electronic bids must be submitted through Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) hosted on Bonfire by the date and time indicated in the solicitation. Bids submitted by any other means, including fax or e-mail, will not be considered. Bids, modifications, or corrections received after the closing time indicated will be considered late and not accepted.

If bidder proposes an alternate item, the bid must clearly be marked as such. Include the trade name, brand name, model number, and/or catalog number, plus a complete description (including specifications and literature) of the proposed alternate.

Pricing must be guaranteed for **ninety (90) days** from the close date of this solicitation unless otherwise noted in the solicitation.

A solicitation award will be made with reasonable promptness, by written notice, to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications. SLCC may award by item, group of items, or overall low bid.

All products are to be of new, unused condition, unless otherwise requested in this solicitation.

Contractor shall carry commercial general liability insurance of no less than **$1,000,000** per occurrence and **$3,000,000** aggregate.
