The City of Clermont is accepting Bids for the purchase and delivery of thirty (30) new, unused 2027 model year vehicles for the Police Department, Public Services Department, and Fire Department, as specified herein.
The successful Bidder(s) shall furnish and deliver the vehicles, including all required factory-installed and dealer-installed equipment, accessories, modifications, City tags, and applicable upfitting identified in this RFB.
The vehicle specifications are organized by department. Bidders may submit Bids for one (1), multiple, or all vehicle items and are not required to Bid on all items to be considered for award. No substitutions, alternate makes, models, or model years will be accepted.
The City intends to award each vehicle item separately to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder meeting all requirements of this RFB. Multiple awards may be made.
All required equipment, accessories, and modifications shall be furnished and installed prior to delivery, unless expressly excluded from the scope of the applicable vehicle item. All required equipment, upfitting, yellow City tags, titling, registration, and delivery charges shall be included in the Bid price.
