No quote will be accepted unless the pre-qualification questionnaire, with all questions fully answered, is submitted within the prequalification solicitation on WWW.PHLCONTRACTS.PHILA.GOV, on or before Thursday October 22 2026.
A Bid Bond is required in the sum of **TEN PERCENT (10%) of the GROSS AMOUNT OF THE BID**. All bonds must be submitted both electronically and sent via mail to the office. The Bid Processing Fee is due electronically ONLY and by close of business the day prior to the bid opening.
The Contracting Seller is required to perform, on the site and with its own work force, work with a value of at least twenty percent (20%) of the original total contract price.
The work is to be completed within (360) CALENDAR days from the date of the Notice to Proceed from the Chief Engineer.
