Controlling Access

  • Member type - owner, internal member or temporary user decides what someone can reach in the account.
  • Page access - choose which pages each member or guest can open.
  • Proposal teams - add people to a proposal with view-only or view-and-edit access.
  • Expiring access - temporary access ends after a set number of days or on a date.

Audit Trails

Access to each proposal is logged with the person, the time, their IP address and browser, including temporary collaborators. Every action in a proposal appears on its Activity timeline. Privileged administrative actions are recorded to an audit log that cannot be edited after the fact.
