Bring Your Own AI (MCP)
MCP is the open standard that lets an AI assistant work inside other software. Add ProposalWorkspace to Claude, or another assistant that supports MCP connectors, with one link: https://mcp.proposalworkspace.com/mcp.
- 1Paste the link into your assistant's connector settings.
- 2Sign in on ProposalWorkspace's own page - with Google or your email and password. The assistant receives a short-lived key and never sees your password.
- 3Ask. More than 100 tools cover proposals and their Lifecycle phases, outlines, tasks, the compliance matrix and checklist, labor categories and recruiters, opportunities, your Company Library and more.
Scoped to you
The assistant can only do what your role allows in your own workspace, and it can never change billing. The connector is included on every plan at no extra cost.
Microsoft Office Add-in
A ProposalWorkspace panel inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Pair it by typing the six-digit code the panel shows into the Microsoft add-in page; each connected panel can be disconnected on its own.
- Word - twelve pre-flight checks on the open document (page limits, tracked changes and comments left in, required forms, formatting, requirement coverage and more), the writing presets, and your Company Library.
- Excel - the compliance matrix, both ways.
- PowerPoint - decks built from the pursuit's own data. Needs PowerPoint 2021 or newer.
More the Connector Can Do
Your assistant can also generate the proposal outline on our server (it confirms before replacing an outline that is already there), read and update the five Lifecycle phases, and manage labor categories and recruiter requests.
