Labor Categories (Key Personnel)
From the RFP's required positions to reviewed resumes and letters of commitment.
Your Bench
The Team section of the Company Library is your key-personnel bench: proposed role and labor category, prime or subcontractor, clearance and citizenship, experience, education, certifications, availability, and each person's resume and job description. Upload a resume when you add someone and the AI fills in the empty fields - it never invents one.
Each resume keeps a master version and tailored versions for specific opportunities, with a history, so you always know which copy was sent where.
Positions From the RFP
- 1On the proposal's Labor Categories tab, the AI pulls every required key and non-key position from the RFP - qualifications, clearance, education, certifications, resume format and whether a letter of commitment is required - and raises a question when the RFP is ambiguous.
- 2The AI ranks your bench against those requirements, with Meets, Partial or Gap for each one and the evidence behind it.
- 3Generate the job description, the blank resume format and the letter of commitment for each position, in the RFP's format or your own.
- 4Send positions to a recruiter. They get a secure portal link - no account needed - to see the requirements and upload candidates.
Resume Review and Letters of Commitment
The AI reviews each resume against its job description, requirement by requirement, with the evidence quoted, a pass or fail on the required items, and a suggested redline that marks anything the candidate must still provide. It checks a signed letter of commitment against the format and statements the RFP requires.
The Labor Categories Tab
The Labor Categories tab (formerly Key Personnel) holds every Key and Non-Key position and opens full width; Back returns to the regular view.
- Position side panel - Details, the job description, the resume format and the letter of commitment, the resume, the reviewed redline, and the candidate's other files.
- Compare - Word-style insertions and deletions between versions, with anything missing listed so you can ask the recruiter in one click.
- Suggested format - when neither the RFP nor your company template sets a resume or letter format, a standard federal format is used and marked as a suggested format to check against the RFP.
- Reference rates - public GSA CALC+ ceiling rates matched on title, education and experience.
- Excel export - every labor category with its candidate, recruiter, status, clearance, documents and reference rate.
- Recruiter portal - recruiters upload through a secure link with no login (up to 25 MB per file), and you and the teammates in the loop get a bell notice and an email.
