Account Setup
Create your account, start the trial, and fill in the Company Library the AI works from.
Create Your Account
Registration Steps
- 1Click Get Started on proposalworkspace.com.
- 2Click Sign up with Google, or enter your name, work email and a password. Then add your company and pick your proposal role from the list of federal proposal roles.
- 3With email and password, confirm your address from the message we send you, then sign in. With Google there is nothing to confirm.
- 4Fill in your Company Library - registration, NAICS codes, certifications and past performance - so the AI and your match scores have something to work from.
14-Day Free Trial
New accounts can start a 14-day free trial at sign-up. It runs on the Solo plan (you plus one teammate) with a starter allowance of AI credits, and no credit card is needed, so nothing converts on its own.
Fill In Your Company Library
The Company Library is where your company's facts live. The AI reads it when it helps you search and write, and opportunity match scores are calculated from the past performance records in it, so the more complete it is, the better both get.
Where to start
- Registration - legal name, UEI, CAGE code and SAM status.
- NAICS and PSC codes - the codes you are registered under.
- Certifications and set-asides - 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and similar designations.
- Past performance - your contract references, with their NAICS and PSC codes, agency, set-aside and place of performance. Match scores are built from these.
- Team - the people you propose, with their roles, clearances, resumes and job descriptions.
Let the AI fill it in
Upload a capability statement or other company documents, or give the address of your website, and the AI extracts the details for you to review.
Connect Your Tools
Daily opportunity alerts, task and deadline reminders, invitations and billing notices. Choose which ones you receive in Settings > Notifications.
Microsoft Office add-in
A ProposalWorkspace panel inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Pair it by typing the six-digit code it shows into the Microsoft add-in page.
Your own AI assistant (MCP)
Connect Claude or another assistant that supports MCP connectors with one link and your ProposalWorkspace login - no API keys.
Sign In with Google
Click Continue with Google on the sign-in page (or Sign up with Google when you create a workspace). It works with any Google account - Google Workspace or Gmail. If your email already has a ProposalWorkspace account, Google is linked to it automatically: same account, same workspace. Invited by a teammate? Open the invitation link and choose Continue with Google - Google opens on the invited address. You can still use your email and password, and you can add a password later in Settings > Account > Sign-in methods. Connecting an AI assistant (MCP)? Its sign-in page has Continue with Google too.
