The Compliance Matrix

The AI breaks Section L (instructions), Section M (evaluation) and Section C, PWS or SOW into matrix rows on the Compliance Matrix, which you open from the Workspace tab. Requirement words are highlighted by strength - shall and must, should, may, will - so mandatory language stands out.

  • Owner and Compliance are click-to-pick cells; Compliance is Compliant, Partial, Non-Compliant or Exception.
  • A summary banner shows how many requirements there are, how many are assessed, and the count in each state. It turns red when anything is Non-Compliant.
  • Volumes appear as sheet tabs; add rows and they renumber themselves.
  • Import and export Excel, and export Word.

Check vs Proposal

Check vs proposal checks every matrix row against the proposal you have written and gives each a score and Pass, Warning or Fail, with where it is answered ("Found under ...") or "Not addressed in the proposal". Exceptions - forms, dates and submissions the text cannot satisfy - are counted separately.

The Submission Checklist

The Proposal Submission Checklist, on the Workspace tab, lists the administrative rules - submission details, page limits, formatting and compliance items - each with a status (Not Started, In-Progress, Needs Review, Compliant, Approved, Overdue, On-Hold) that drives a progress banner. It exports to Excel and Word.

Standard forms

For fillable SF forms, the AI proposes values from your registration and the proposal for you to review before anything is filled. It never fills a signature and never submits.
