General Questions
Federal solicitations from SAM.gov, synced daily, and a State Opportunities workspace for the state and local notices we currently carry. State and local coverage is limited today. Any solicitation you have can also be uploaded to start a proposal.
Yes. New accounts can start a 14-day free trial at sign-up, with no credit card. It runs on the Solo plan (you plus one teammate) with a starter allowance of AI credits. If you join a team by invitation, you work in that team's workspace instead.
Each workspace is isolated in the database with row-level security, files are encrypted in transit and at rest and opened through time-limited links, and administrative actions are logged. See Data Security Overview for what we do and do not claim.
Yes. A state or local pursuit runs through the same proposal workspace as a federal one, with its own notice types. Opportunity coverage is where the difference lies: every SAM.gov notice syncs daily, while state and local coverage is limited today to the notices we currently carry, so you can also start a proposal by uploading a solicitation you found yourself.
Solo includes 2 seats, Team 8 and Enterprise 25, and every plan can add more seats. Plans differ in seats and in the monthly AI credit allowance. See the Pricing page for current prices.
ProposalWorkspace does not build, train or fine-tune any AI model on your content, and your content is never shared with another customer. AI features run on commercially available models from established providers, accessed through their business API services under commercial terms, not through consumer chat products; how each provider handles API inputs is set out in its own commercial terms. If your company already holds an enterprise AI plan whose terms exclude training, you can connect that assistant through our MCP connector and it reads your workspace under that agreement. To be precise about what we do keep: text extracted from the documents you upload is stored in your workspace so features like search, the compliance matrix and the AI chat can work without re-reading the file every time. That text lives in your own tenant, is covered by the same access controls as the rest of your data, and is deleted when you delete the document.
The built-in AI features stop until the next month's allowance, unless you buy a top-up. Purchased credits never expire and are used only after the month's included credits. Features that do not use the AI keep working.
Yes. Ready-made outlines for open solicitations are at /download-packages, solicitation-specific outlines and compliance packages can be ordered at /packages, and the Expert Proposal Kickoff add-on bundles 15 expert-built Advanced Packages (the same Advanced Package sold singly at /packages).
