What is ProposalWorkspace?
ProposalWorkspace is a proposal workspace for government contractors. It covers a pursuit from the notice to the debrief: finding the opportunity, reading the solicitation, deciding whether to bid, outlining and writing the response, checking it against Sections L, M and C, and learning from the result.
Every proposal opens as one workspace with six tabs - Overview, Lifecycle, Workspace, Labor Categories, Documents and Lessons & Debrief. The Workspace tab holds the Outline, Proposal and Scratchpad canvases plus the Compliance Matrix and the Proposal Submission Checklist, and the Activity timeline opens from the Overview tab, so the solicitation, the team, the draft and the checks all live in one place.

Every SAM.gov notice, synced daily, plus a State Opportunities workspace, with a match score for each one against your past performance.
Built-in AI
Reads the solicitation you upload to summarize it, build the bid/no-bid worksheet, the outline, the compliance matrix and the checklist, and helps you write.
Team Collaboration
Tasks, deadlines, comments and tracked changes, team chat, voice calls and a live view of who is looking at each proposal.
Compliance
A Section L/M/C compliance matrix you can check against the written proposal, and a submission checklist for the administrative rules.

Federal, State & Local Coverage

- State and local - a separate State Opportunities workspace for the state and local notices we currently carry. Coverage is limited today and does not include every state, county or city portal.

You can start a proposal from any solicitation you have: create the proposal and upload the documents. The analysis, outline, matrix and checklist work from the files you upload, whatever portal they came from.
