Running a Review
- Schedule it - add Pink, Red, Gold or Final review milestones as deadlines, so they sit on the proposal calendar with reminders.
- Review in the document - reviewers leave comments and, in Suggesting mode, tracked edits the writer accepts or rejects.
- Check it like an evaluator - Check vs proposal on the Compliance Matrix (Workspace tab) scores the written proposal against every requirement and marks each Pass, Warning or Fail, with its reasoning.
Final Check & Sign-off
The last lifecycle gate asks someone who did not write the proposal to read the final draft and sign off. Their name and the time are recorded, and the sign-off can be withdrawn. Until it is given, a final-RFP proposal cannot move to submission.
