What You Can Export
Word (.docx)
A real Word document, not a web page saved as one: numbered headings, lists, tables, callouts, images, your header, and a footer with Word page-number fields.
Excel (.xlsx)
The compliance matrix and the proposal checklist, styled, with one sheet per group.
Marked-up PDF
Burn your highlights and notes into a copy of a PDF.
Formatting
- Heading numbering matches the editor exactly.
- Header and footer - your own text, or the solicitation number and title, with Page X of Y.
- Page setup - letter size, portrait or landscape, with your margins.
Export the Outline or Proposal
On the Outline and Proposal canvases, Export offers Word (.docx), Word + Table of Contents, and PDF. When the document has more than one volume, you choose which volumes to export; each becomes its own Word file, and several arrive together as one .zip.
