Where the AI Helps
Outline
An annotated outline built from Sections L, M and the SOW, with guidance for writers and placeholders for resumes, letters and reps and certs.
Ask AI
Select text to open Ask AI: polish or draft text, or insert a designed table, graphic or callout.
AI chat
Ask about the solicitation while you write. It knows the proposal, the page limits and the open comments.
Tracked suggestions
With Suggesting mode on, AI edits land as tracked changes attributed to "AI Assistant", for you to accept or reject.
AI credits
Built-in AI features draw on your plan's monthly AI credits. Settings > AI Credits shows the balance and who used what.
Ask AI
Select text in the editor and Ask AI opens with five tabs.

| Polish | 21 presets that improve the selected text: Verify Compliance (Section L/M), Active Voice (Shipley), Remove Weasel Words, Ghosting Competitors, Target Grade Level 10 and more. |
| Draft | 24 presets that write new proposal text from the selection. |
| Tables | 32 proposal table designs - compliance matrix, RACI, risk register, transition timeline, CDRL schedule, staffing, workshare and more - with a live preview identical to what is inserted. |
| Graphics | 29 kinds of drawn graphic and 7 editable charts, each inserted as an image with a numbered Figure caption. |
| Callout | 10 callout types in 35 designs, with a custom color. |
Quick chips (Authoritative, Compliant, Persuasive, Concise) sit beside the presets. Polish and Draft results show what changed and can be refined, then replace the selection or are inserted after it as tracked changes from "AI Assistant". Tables and graphics go in as pending AI changes you accept or reject, and a callout keeps your selected text exactly as written. All of them keep their look in the Word and PDF exports.
