From Upload to Analysis

  1. 1
Upload the solicitation files on the Documents tab - or let Add to Proposals copy the SAM.gov attachments in for you.
  2. 2
Run Analyze Overview for a solicitation snapshot, a plain-language summary and the page limits, evaluation factors and key personnel, each with a page cite.
  3. 3
The proposal's own details - dates, NAICS and PSC, set-aside, contract type, points of contact - can be filled in from the RFP, with a list of anything it could not find.
  4. 4
Run the AI tasks for the bid/no-bid worksheet, outline, compliance matrix and checklist.

Reading and Marking Up

  • PDF, Word and Excel open in the app, without downloading.
  • PDF markup - highlight text and pin sticky notes; they are saved for the team.
  • Amendments - compare an amendment with the base RFP and apply the changes as tracked redlines attributed to "Amendment".

Questions for the Contracting Officer

Q&A in the Workspace toolbar finds the real ambiguities, conflicts and gaps in the RFP and drafts questions for the Contracting Officer, each linked to its source. You review every question, send them from your own email, and mark them sent; answers in a later amendment are matched back to the questions.
